Under the claim "professionalize the professionals" the Erich Pommer Institut, supported by the MEDIA Programme of the European Union, is offering a series of workshops within its programme Essential Legal Framework.

Film production, film financing and exploitation contain a multitude of legal questions. Essential Legal Framework provides participants with all necessary information to maintain the overview in the ever changing "jungle of rights".

In this framework Peter Westenberg will present the work of Constant, emphasising Open Source, Copyleft and the mixed practice of independent media makers.
