Freedom not Fear is a yearly gathering of activists from different European countries. Subjects: Net neutrality, camera surveillance, smart meters, facial recognition, biometrics.
The meeting is aiming to connect action groups, ngo’s, and everybody who is concerned with the ’arms race’ in controls and surveillance.

The dvd STARE, produced with locally intercepted surveillance footage and made in collaboration with the LDH, Franck Dumortier, Peter Westenberg, Constant was shown to introduce the discussion on the Belgian cameralaw.
