Accessibility

Our spaces are not yet accessible to everyone, we do apologize for this.
We are currently taking concrete steps to change the situation.
If you require information or assistance, please contact a member of the team in advance.

Office accessibility in detail:

Mobility:

  • If you are coming by car, there are two accessible parking spots on the corner between Rue du Fort / Fortstraat and Rue de l’Eglise Saint-Gilles / Sint-Gilliskerkstraat.
  • If you are coming by public transport, there is a lift in the metro-station Porte de Hal / Hallepoort and in the tram station Parvis de Saint-Gilles / Sint-Gillisvoorplein
  • Our office is located in an old building with stairs and no facilities for wheelchairs, although our window installations are visible from the outside.
  • We do not have a wheelchair accessible toilet.

Sensory setting:

  • The space has various light conditions, but we do not use strobe or laser lights unless explicitly stated.
  • We do not have a noise analyser but the noise level does not usually exceed that of a room full of people. We do not play loud music or other loud noises, unless explicity stated.

Air quality:

  • Our office look on the street in front and on the courtyard on the back and we ventilate it via open doors. We do not have a CO2 monitor.

  • The studio has big windows on both side and a large garden, and we ventilate it via open windows. We do not have a CO2 monitor or a mask mandate.

Other:

  • We have sturdy benches without armrests.
  • We have hand gel, masks, earplugs available.
  • Non-human companions are welcome!
